We were contacted by Stephen McLaughlin who said he represented World Wide Vacation and he would like to sell our timeshare property. (we have his cell phone number After contacting us either by telephone or using our E-Mail service, he sent a copy of their contract and we decided to list with them since it sounded like they were sincere and would either sell and if not a refund for the full amount would be returned to us.

They immediately charged our credit card for $899.00 even though we didn't have a signed contract with them. They never contacted us and we have been unable to contact them since their telephones are no longer connected. A certified, return letter was returned because there was no forwarding address and they were unknown.
