Scam, charge excess fees without notice, no integrity, RUDE
HEED MY ADVICE: RUN from Worldpay! I'm having a party when my contract ends. I did an exhausting investigation before I went with RBS Worldpay/Worldpay; I have made it my goal to warn every business about this horrendous company. 1st thing that happened: although I did A+ forecasting what my sales would be, RBS would not clear money to flow into my bank acct after I did charges so you will not have any funds. It will happen to you. They held my $$ for MONTHS stating I charged too much money (!) In totality what I charged was under my limits I set up in my contract. Through my contract term I have been constantly overcharged suddenly with NO NOTICE as if a thief used your credit card (oh, all of the sudden I elected a $15.99/mo. plan for Data Breaching, what!!?? oh all of the sudden my monthly processing fee is $10 more than my contract states.I elected to get American Express.etc) When you call they say well we have the right to avoid crediting you because you have 4 days to dispute, it's in the fine print. RUN! The worst is the customer care people; a few adjectives come to mind: slang, bossy, ready to get in a fight. Did they recruit every customer care person from Harlem or the likes of the Atlanta ghetto? For a supposedly 'posh' British company, this is THE #1 worst company with which I have come in contact and I work with thousands of companies! I detest this business. Don't think about it, just run.
