AT&T phone bill arrived with unauthorised $9.99 + tax charge. Never signed up for this service. Did not authorise any non AT&T charges to my phone bill. I do not want AT&T to allow ANY non-AT&T charges to be added to my phone bill under any circumstances. This should be illegal.
