Absolutely a fine company with superb skills who handled a very delicate personal situation for me with the utmost professionalism. I researched investigative companies diligently and after speaking with the references published on Wincor's website I was convinced I made the right choice. Robert Mann is a consummate professional who really knows his business.

Scam
Worldwide Intelligence Network or WIN as Robert Mann is now trying to use to avoid the history of compaints is a SCAM OPERATION. Do a search on Robert Mann and WORLDWIDE INTELLIGENCE NETWORK and look at the history of RIP OFF REPORTS on this guy.
He lists so many lies in his advertising and has no investigation background what so ever. Robert Mann has a huge drinking problem, doesnt pay his own Investigators and lies to his clients.
This company is screaming out loud to be investigated by authorities
Trust me, there are NO former FBI agents, NO Former Federal Officers working for this guy but yet he advertises it everywhere.
