My complaint is I did want the membership, so I went online and cancel like 10 days before the 14 days period. But on July 3, 2009 they deducted the 49.90 from my account after I had aready cancel my membership. I made a phone call to them on July 6, 2009 ask why they took my money after I had canceled my membership. The person on the other line said he was sorry, they will refund my money in 21 days. But instead of a refund they took another 49.90 again on Aug.1, 2009. I've been trying to reach them by phone but no answer. I just want my money back, and a cancel membership. I explain to them that I had got laid off my job, and I could not affort the membership. I just want them to do the right thing.
