They must be relying on there product which is good but there CUSTOMER SERVICE was one of the worst I ever dealt with.Not once did they respond to my e-mails, they lie to me about my order when I received my order which was the cordless blower/sweeper their was NO battery there was a charger.When I e-mail them about it, I never got an answer or respond and I call them about it they said they would get a battery out to me, so when I call to check if they got one coming to me the person said I don't see a battery order for you to ship so I'm canceling my order.Beware if you can find the worx products with out dealing with there CUSTOMER SERVICE GO FOR IT!!!
