I bought 500 World of Warcraft gold from WoWGoldHog.com. It was my first time to purchase the product and their website's claims of fast delivery and "dirt cheap" prices appealed to me. Going through the order process seemed easy enough but the real nightmare began post-sales. I gave them 24 hours to deliver the gold and waited for someone to contact me on the phone or by email. I heard nothing from them. I followed up twice on my order on Live Chat and both times all I got were canned text replies. It was very frustrating because it was like chatting with a robot with zero comprehension. Oh they're not an American company, they're Chinese! So don't believe the stuff on their website that says "We speak hardcore World of Warcraft gaming, not Chinese...No Runaround, No excuses" because they ARE based in China which the agent admitted and this same person game me the runaround and excuses when I asked for a refund after I learned they didn't have stock! I couldn't believe it. They took my money even if they had nothing to give me! She asked me to give them more time to farm the gold but I said no, you shouldn't be selling something you don't have in the first place, so much for your no BS jazz! It took more than one hour of arguing with the agent to give me back my money. OMG I will never deal with WoWGoldHog again. I can tell you more but I will need an entire day to talk about what a BIG SCAM they are!
