I bought a pair of Wrangler boots at Wal-Mart on 4/8/2010 and paid $59.00 for them. I wore them the 9th, 10th, and 11th. By the morning of the 11th the boots had wore a hole in my ankle to where I could hardly walk. I took the boots off and wore my old boots. When I took the boots back to Wal-Mart the evening of the 12th to exchange them for another pair the manager, whos name I didn't get, refused to exchange them because I didn't have the box. I had the receipt for my puchase but apparantly that wasn't enough. All I wanted was to exchange the bootsand the manager refused to talk any further. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, and not at all in keeping with Wal-Mart policy of friendly service
