My son lives in Alpine Texas, his neighbor apparently did not pay his electric bill, WTU cut off my sons meter instead of the one they were suppose to. My son has a baby on the way, and two other small children. When he called and they admitted thier mistake WTU told my son that it would take 24 hours to turn his electric back on. That it did not constitute an emergency to come out and turn his back on. But the neighbor that did not pay his bill still had his electric on. It took over 24 hours to get it back on with no care for them at all. Complaints will be filed against this WTU and the Mother company.
