wu yi promises a Free 30 day trial with a money back guarantee, I called before the 30 days and told them I did not like the product, that it doesn't work, and that I did not want anymore; in other words cancell .Before 30 days was up they sent another box and charged my card, I called them and told them that I had cancelled they apologized and said go ahead and keep the box again I said I did not want it so the next month I received another box again I called and explained that I had already cancelled and she said that I would have to pay for the box I had been told to keep and send back the other box. I told her I had been told to keep the other box, but I would return both boxes and I did . next month another box came, and by the way I was getting charged about 59.00 per box and I called again she said there was no record of my cancellation and went on to tell me another box was on the way I told her I had already called and cancelled 3 or 4 times already and I accused her of scaming I had to tell her I had every intent ion of fileing a law suit if she didn't refund my money, finally I got most of the charges dropped I still ended up paying 59.00 . this was so much more trouble than it was worth and the product doesn't even work.
