I ordered this product and sent it back. I received another order that I refused. I was instructed to send the first order back with the RMA# plainly written on the front and of course the reason for return inside the box. My mistake was that I did not get a tracking number, only wrote the RMA large. I paid for the return shipping, however the company states they never received either of the boxes and charged me $59.95 x 2. The company is a scam!
