I called and cancelled the order but they charged my bank account debit card anyway, I have now cancelled my banking charge, but it has gone thru and I will also be charged for cancelling at my bank. Why can the company not just accept the cancellation when it is done and there had not been a delivery of anything. They should be reported to someone who can do something please
