Quality carpet cleaners did not show up at our house for 2 appointments. I waited around for 4hrs each day and no one called and said they were not coming. I called the company and they said " the technician had been there and left because no one answered the door " this is not true i was sitting there waiting for them. They repeated the address to me which was correct. And then said if i wait another 2 to 3 hrs that someone would be there and no one came... i will never use them again and i encourage everyone out there to not do so as well. Worst company ever. They also do not return phone calls!
