Avoid wutt.ca. These two people, Andrew Webber and Sheila Blackmore run a web design scam out of Toronto.

They take deposits and provide no work in return. They have ripped off countless people. Google wutt.ca or read posts here:

RCMP has been notified. Avoid all business with either Andrew Webber or Sheila Blackmore you will only get ripped off since the web design services they offer are nothing but a front to steal money. You have been warned.
