I ordered the product on line not understanding it fully, so I called right after I had submitted the order and tried to cancel. I had to go back into the web site and talk to a customer service person through their chat room. I received an email from them stating they would not charge my account for anything. Then about 2 weeks later I got a charge on my checking account for 1.95 shipping, my bank refunded that amount. Then about 3 weeks later they charged my account $4.95 I called and they said they would refund the money and it should not have been taken out. Then yesterday they charged my account $59.95 so I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one and put through a fraud complaint with my bank and then called them and they said again that they should not have put a charge through, however they did, which in turn could end up overdrawing my account due to a bill pay item I had paid and is due to come through. As I understand they are a scam anyway.

I received my free trial box for only a mailing charge of $6.95. A couple of weeks later ( on March 18 ) they sent
another month's supply ( 60 tea bags). Well, I liked the tea so thought -- ok . I also then worried I was on an Auto-send
schedule. So I called April 1st ( 14 days later) to tell them to be sure I am Not on an Auto-send schedule, that I want to call to place my orders. Then DANIEL told me ' oh, well
Yesterday another shipment went out, a THREE Month supply for $ 89.85 !!!
I have contacted my Card Co. to have charges of $89.85 not paid. What a bunch of CROOKS !!
