I'm upset to see various charges of $4.95 3 times on my statement for items not ever ordered and I don't even know who or what they are! I just wanted to try some green tea! They said 14 days free trial 60 days money back quaranteed. They took the 60.00 in the 14 days. Not even giving me a chance to even return it. Now someone has charged me 17.80 2 times today for what? I'm requesting my money be returned immediately!

When I ordered Wuyi tea online I tried the product and it didnt do what it says it would do. I called them from their website and told them not to send me anymore. They didn't, but to my surprise I continued being charged 4.95 and 9.95 for thier free trial offer each month. They leave no phone number and direct you to a website that you cant cancel. Its a scam. I finally realized to call back the actual WUYI Tea company at wuyitea.com and was able to chat with a live operator who was able to cancel out those charges for good. ebooks.com and insidersecretsguide.com are partners with them and work together to scam people.. I am sending this complaint so others in my situation can be helped... Thank you Maryann

I work offshore on a gas production platform. I apparently ordered this stuff without the proper information. I have been charged 3 different charges and I want these stopped and refunded. If I don't see the charges removed from my account I will contact the Attorney Generals office as well as the BBB. I was also told by the 800 number that I could speak to someone on-line at this website. Another LIE!!! I never ordered this offer and called 3 months ago to stop the charges on my credit card. Stop Immediately! This is Fraud and need to get this off my account.
