hi how do I go about getting my money back from a company who got access to my bank details and without my consent went into my account and casued me overcharges in my bank account.i dont know who this company is.but they managed to get into my account and take money out of it without my consent.I want my money back.what the took..any advice how I take this further.i have proof of this on my bank statement
