I am very disappointed with wwbeautystore.com. I had ordered for two hair conditioners and few other hair products. I had paid via my credit card and they charged me rather quickly I was charged the very same day. I as told the products would reach within two weeks. A month later I did not get and thing. I was very annoyed. I did not know how to get in contact with them and get my products. I saw the charges on my card and got really angry they charged for shipping and handling which would be okay if they actually shipped some product to me. I got frustrated and decided to cancel my orders. But thought I should wait and complain. When I denied the charges with my credit card company all of a sudden the products were delivered. I have learnt a lesson I will never order anything online it is just a waste of your money and time.
