You won't get any names or phone #s - just addresses and maybe a balance or value of the house. But, there is a money-back guarantee - sounds good, right? NOT! You have to get 5 denial letters and wait 90 days. How can you get denial letters from people who don't know you, who are getting some form letter in the mail with the americanstandardonline website as the contact information??? And, here you are trying to find a place to live and now have $200 less to help with deposits / moving expenses / etc. Don't get fooled like we did - they sound so convincing on the phone. Too good to be true.
