in December 2008 i ordered and paid for via paypal some sundance deckers ugg boots at £90. after 6 weeks i contacted the company and was told they'd had a fire and did i still want the boots, i said yes another 6 weeks later i still hadn't recieved the boots, i complained to paypal, they found in my favour but could not retrive the money, i contacted the company via email another 5 times over the following 7 months and was promised a cheque but it has never arrived. this also happened to my friend but as she paid on a credit card she was insured. Paypal has said there is nothing they can do about it because the account doesn't have anyfunds in it so basically i have been robbed. DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMINDIRECT.COM
