I sent in two cell phones and they sent me an email with a confirmation number and shipping address. They kept me in contact when they received it and when it pass the testing. I received another email that check was issued. I never received a check and I kept emailing them and all of a sudden I get no response now. They won't reply or send me another check "if the check somehow got lost" yeah right. They got me for $81.00
