The internet based company buys old cell phones and recycles them. We used this company years ago, and decided to use them again to recycle our two 3G IPhones. The company sent a box and we packed them and shipped our phones to them. The company verified they received our phones on 12/2/10. Phones then passed their inspection on 12/10/10 and a check was supposed to be cut 45 days for this date, according to their service agreement. We went to website to continue to check status, but we did not receive the $228. We sent them numerous notifications through their customer service site and various email addresses, because they do not have any other form of communication other than their site and an email address. We sent a formal email again on 2/5/11 letting them know that we would be filing complaints if they did not respond. So now we are without our phones and have no indication of whether or not we will be paid by them. We have filed complaints with the BBB, states atorney's office and we are starting the process to file in court. I am afraid this company has fallen by the wayside in recent years, because they have an F from BBB. The website still boasts how they were featured on the Today show and ABC. This company seems to be trying to commit fraud over the internet. We would like our money or our cell phones back, I am now concerned that they may be using these improperly.
