This is a MAJOR rip-off! I can't believe how STUPID I was! AFTER giving info for $1.95 "shipping charges" the "terms of agreement" displays in a very inconspicuous place - after reading the terms of agreement I discover that they plan to charge my account $69.95 per month starting in 7 days - and will continue to due so monthly. It states if I try to reverse charges they will file criminal complaint for fraud because they redirected me to some other website that I don't even know or can I find in my web history that provided me with a user name and log in and that by receiving that info it is considered that I "accepted" the terms and agreement even if the information hasn't been used and that "all activity and IP address information is being monitored on the site". I also remember that my website IP address "popped-up" at the end of their process. Their "terms" are extremely intimidating and threatening. The "terms" provide a phone # to "cancel" but when continued to call it states "the office is closed" and directs you to leave a message but disconnects you instead.
I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). If you've been a victim I suggest you do the same!
