Todd MacMillan owns and manages the online photo contest site "digitalimagecafe.com". He cancelled my membership fee immediately after I renewed it telling me that I had violated his site's terms of service but wouldn't say specifically what the violation was. Anyway, even if this was true, he should have simply refused to renew my membership fee instead of taking the money and then immediately canceling my membership. Since I paid my fee on a Master Card debit card, Master Card informed me that I had to take the matter up with Mr. MacMillan.
Master Card said they couldn't reverse the debit. To me this was a criminal act by Mr. MacMillan - literally stealing my funds and canceling the membership that the funds were intended for. He said "sue me". He operates out of Kentucky (Georgetown) and said I would have to sue him in a Kentucky court as per the Terms of Service agreement.
