On the 6th of August an order for a DVD series, "Whirlybirds", was placed with this company. On August 17th, the total including shipping charges in the amount of $84.67 was charged to my checking account. To date, no confirmation of payment, shipment of merchandise, or status of order has been received. Attempts to get back to the website have failed. The 800 number does not work. Businesses of this type really put other companies with integrity at risk of losing customers due to online issues. Not a happy camper over here.
