I placed an order on Dec 8th for 2 tv show DVD sets- Emails were sent confirming shipment & payment was deducted from my VISA Debit card through a secure site. The order was received by Christmas eve. In January, i reached out to inquire about the order- the SITE was no longer taking orders- my order was delivered to a Naples Fl. address from Canada. A refund was requested & an email was sent informing me that a refund was processed on jan 14- I have yet to receive a refund. This company is operating under 4 different company names & needs to be shut down. I also ordered under dvd donkey which i will describe in another complaint
