I have attempted contact with a customer service representative at EinsteinModz on several occasions and have been unsuccessful. I received my modded controller as a Christmas gift and it already stopped working. The controller shoots on its own and locks up while I’m playing. BEWARE! This company offers poor quality products and no one is ever available to help you out. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!
