Site state customer service 24/7 - not rolls over to answer service and problems are not addressed ordered centerpiece on 12/12/2007 for deliver 12/20/2007 - credit card was charged - delivery never made. Real nice surprise to talk with intended receipts on Christmas day to discover that they had received nothing! I have called the telephone number at least 25 times - when I get someone at the site - they are all dumb asses and opps - i get disconnected. Greater percentage of the time I am rolled over to their answer service who are more than willing to take message - but again no response from Gregroy sCOTEE OR ANYONE ELSE WITH HALF A BRAIN.
