I only agree to pay for the $2.99 shipping & handling for the grant c.d. to show me on how to get a grant from the government it was to be ship out to me in 7 business days the grant c.d. never came in mail box. If I didn't agree to pay the $15.00 a month charge how did it went from that to$68.67 less then a month in April
