www.hightechseating.com is the worse company to deal with. I have purchased Fly Barstools and Trafico Office chairs from this company on Oct 9 for my office. Finally, received my order 6 weeks later and very frustrated because of the used furniture. I have purchase from www.hightechseating.com because their prices are very low, however buyers be aware that you will be receiving used merchandise for that price.

I called customer service to return the used furniture, however, I was told the only way they would take them back if I pay inbound and outbound shipping charges and 20% restocking fee. I don't have any other choice then open a dispute with my credit card company.

This has been the worse experience, www.hightechseating.com is a fraudulent company. Don't be fooled by their prices, you will be receiving used furniture after 6-8 weeks of wait time.
