This company has taken money for my checking account for the amount of 31.98. When I contacted them they refuse to refund. Is there anything I can do about this?

didnt request any charged to my acct. giving the acct overcharge amt. this isnt fair without my permission. didny want any id theft protection i get that through my bank.

Now I don't know why you haven't received my complaint but I wrote to you yesterday, August 29, 2008, concerning this situation and all I want is my money back. As I explained to you, my checking account has been overdrawn because of you and I want all my money bsck. $31.85, plus the two fees of $35.00 because you tried it twice. I don't have money to give away. this morning I checked and you took $7.99 what is wrong with you people, I spoke to someone named Macie and she claims. your company has nothing to do with this and I will have to call the dispute company on Monday, this is the number that she gave me. 1-866-886-2013. I believe that all of you are in this together and I wantmy money, I don't care whereit is coming from. Just give me mine. As I said before, I don't have money to give away especially when I didn't authorize anything. My cancellation number is 2721664.
