bought some isk form their website, website promises a 5minute delivery of virtual goods... 2 days later and no replies to emails or chat in their website I filed a dispute with paypal to get a refund. Paypal claimed in their favor due to it falling under intangible goods so I lost out :(.. And website refuses to refund me...
