Tried to cancel multiple times, each time I was told that a customer service rep. would return call, none avail. at this time. Never a return call, unable to cancel and unaware that I would even NEED to cancel when I OK'd free trial. At this time approx. $160 in UNauthorized payment has been charged to my credit card.
