This company provide wrong pictures refer to different items.
This company think that customers are morons.
This company sent me my backpack after 12 business days after my intervention not like they inform after 5-7 days. They sent to me wrong color, I described exactly what I need (I wish to get the same backpack like they have on picture on their web site). After my request to exchange color, they exchange with me a few e-mails, they at least agree to give me my money back, but I had to send them backpack for my expense. They, actually Customer Service Manager first apologized but in the last mail he wrote, that they sent me old collection which is close-out version and I received correct item, new colection is not avalible for this price. Problem is that this new collection colour has been existing from one year. I am not going to buy anything in this store!!!
