Purchased ugg boots back on December 9, 2009 for $125.00 by credit card online. Was told shipping was free and product would arrive within 7 days. Checked tracking on Christmas Eve, and boots supposedly had just arrived in the United States.

Now it is January 16th, and I have yet to receive any boots. Checked tracking, which I assume is fake tracking, because it said that they were attempted to be delivered on 12/26 and then again on 1/11. I am disabled and home 24/7 and never had anyone leave anything nor attempt to try to deliver anything.

I check the tracking again, and it now says the boots are back in China. I am doing a credit card dispute. I cannot even find a customer service number to contact this company. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mother and now she thinks I have been lying.

Utterly ridiculous!
