I ordered these boots in December. I was looking for a specific color and this was the only place that had it in my size. So I ordered them. After a week or so, I had to contact them to see if the boots shipped. Within a few days, I received the tracking information. When I saw they shipped from China, I knew I was in trouble. I finally received the boots at the end of December. They didn't even ship them in a box. They were in a plastic bag all taped up. I knew then that I not getting genuine boots. As soon as I open the package, I was so mad. The fur is like "fun fur." The stitching is off and the wrong color. I entered a dispute with my credit card company because the website wouldn't respond to my emails to return the boots for a refund. They are listed on the Ugg Australia site as "known counterfeit." I wish I would have known to check there first.
