I was smart enough to download a copy of my Reciept but not before I also copied the page before that that Reads: " YOUR RISK FREE TRIAL ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED!" I paid my $6.43 w/ Shipping and Processing the night I purchased the Trial Free Offer, . Offered for only $ $5.95...which contained a FULL SIZE 1.7oz of Night Follicle Renewing Serum, 6.0 Fl Oz. of Fortifying Shampoo, and a 6.0 fl.Oz of Replenishing Conditioner. Of course, this 2 LB Box which arrived as my SAMPLE TRIAL OFFER, was no where near "SAMPLESIZE" My box contained 2 LBS> of Products worth Far more than $5.95... On March 22, 2011 I called to cancel any future Orders.But, I was Billed thee outrageous Price of $97.15. Called to Dispute this Charge & was told It was for Shipping & Processing Charges.So, I hungup. Called back the same Co.OOKISA, this time I spoke to someone else. She explained I was given an EXTETION on my order and this was why I was not charged the $89.95 within the first 30 days. I explained, I was told something differently in the AM, by another Customer REP> I did not order PRODUCTS, but Subscribed to a RISK FREE TRIAL OFFER( all but my Shipping & Processing Fee's) "She insisted;THEY WON'T "FREE PRODUCTS" I told her to remove the Charges off my card.And, that I was making a Formal Complaint with the TX GOV.
