I contacted this company for a site design.
Paul Britton communicated with me and promised to meet up all our demands regarding the design.
He asked for 30% as down payment. we paid on March 12th by paypal.
He promised to finish the job in one month.
But until now, there had been no progress except their PROMISES. 2 months passed by already.
I asked for refund and Paul Britton never answered back about refund.
I filed paypal dispute and was told Paul Britton had already withdrawn all money from his paypal account. all paypal can do now is suspend his account but i have no money back.
