Extremely unhappy.I foolishly purchased an iphone battery "on special offer" from their online shop phonevolts.ie at a price of 34.99 plus 5 euro shipping fees!, The battery had no packaging at all!This was extremely frustrating as I thought I was getting an official product for the price I was paying. By googling this place I have discovered on a forum that the exact same battery is on sale for 5 euro on ebay!!!

They will not offer a refund which Is a cheek!! Only in store credit to a value less then what I paid them!! I am seeking legal advice in regatrds to this
