I have tried to search the BBB for this particular company but cannot find it. Where can a formal complaint should be filed? Also, the provider should also reported - how can they let an external billing charge be included in their bill unless they have are in collusion with these company? Believe me, I worked in telco before - there is an agreement for additional service before they can even open their billing portal for these companies.
