Okay, I currently play an online game and this game allows their players to obtain free game points by filling out trial offers/surveys. Therefore I am highly aware of how these companies work and ALWAYS read the fine print before I commit to trying a trial offer. The shopdani offer's title was "Summer special! Get 2 pieces of jewelry for only $2 + FREE shipping!". I clicked on it, read the fine print and decided "Sounds ok, I will just cancel this as soon as I receive my points". After I received my points for the specific game I canceled the next day. I spoke to the representative and everything got canceled. I received this cheap necklace, I didn't like it at all, I didn't care much for it anyway as I was only interested in receiving the points for the game. My mom on the other hand liked it and kept it for herself.

The fine print does not state that I have to return the jewelery, the offer title itself states pay only "2 dollars", which I got charged for. I never received any thing else from this company afterwards because I had canceled the membership before they charged me the rest of the money. Hence, FREE trial. Now 2 months later (placed the order Aug 24 at 10:47 am, canceled August 25th 2009) I'm getting charged 89.00 for something I already canceled. I didn't receive ANY OTHER JEWELERY FROM THIS COMPANY. I've been trying to get ahold of this company for TWO hours. I call 1888 747 3264, I get a message that repeats "your call is important to us, please continue to hold" it loops and loops, yet NO ONE assists me. I hold..then the same machine comes on and tells me that all their customer representatives are busy assisting other people and to please leave a message and they will contact me. SUREEEE they will...I'm sick and tired of this company. I have opened a dispute with the Chase credit card account. This is TOTAL FRAUD. This has never happened to me with any other trial offer. I make sure I cancel everything before the trial period is over I even WRITE these things down to make sure!

Next step is definitely BETTER BUSINESS BUREU. I read the fine print BEFORE I placed the order, canceled the next day, and still getting charged for jewelry that I HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED!!!
