I ordered 4 Bain de Terre items from this company. I found them as 'Sponsored Links' on Amazon.com. I recieved both the shampoo and conditioner. The Recovery Complex was not in the box. The box was sealed so it had clearly never been shipped. The Shine Spray was only 2/3 full and was either a tester or return ...ewwww. It was taped shut so it was shipped that way.

I contacted the company twice by e-mail and once through PayPal. They have totally ignored me. I am out $24.35 and they have $24.35 that does not belong to them. Not a lot of money but I would hate to see them cheat anyone else. Buyer Beware!!
