Order never received, no refund, site closed down
I purchased a box set of dvds for £43 as a Christmas present for my brother, the delivery date altered once and was estimated at latest to arrive on 27th December. I checked the site to see who to contact today and found a message saying they had essentially closed down due to a supplier shut down. Their site advertises that all orders due before 1st January had either been shipped or refunded, this is not the case. I have lost £43 and my brother has not received his Christmas present. I am very annoyed and embarrassed that I fell for this scam.

False advertising and fraud!
I purchased a DVD Box set of Carol Burnett episodes. What I got were 8 ripped DVDs of a TVLand Carol Burnett marathon off someone's VCR/DVR/TIVO. All they did was to remove the commercials. The quality is horrible and the sad part is that I have most of the episodes from recording the same marathon.
The site states:
*Excellent video and audio quality - VCR quality at best
*100% in chronological order - They are in marathon order, which is not the chronological order of the series
*Custom Artwork - Cheesy self print dvd labels saying "Carol Burnett Show Disc 'X'"

In the FAQ they imply the sets come straight from the studio source. This is a complete lie.

Bootleg merchandise and scam!
I ordered a "Different World" dvd collection and got in the mail. I tried out a couple of the discs and was surprised to see that it was copied off someone's tv there were parts of commercials between episodes... I can say that I am lucky enough to at least receive the merchandise, but it was poor poor quality. I will never order anything else from them and hopefully will prevent others as well.
