I purchased a pair of UGG boots online at website www.uggsale-us.net on 10/17/2009. My credit card was charged for more than the am ount quoted on the website of $83.00. Instead I was charged $85.65. I have repeatedly checked my order online at the above website and they kept saying processing. I sent them an email asking the status of my order as they have no 800# to call. I then notice that my credit card showed a purchase in China? I then knew something was not right. I sent another email requesting an immediate refund as I researched this company online and found they were selling fake Ugg boots and already had several complaints from other people either not receiving their boots or else they received fake ones. Please help so this does not happen to other unsuspecting customers. Thank You, Donna Sokolowski
