I ordered Ugg boots from this site 11 days ago, paymentof £99 or £103 after charges was processed immediately. I received an email confirmation from Sam the so called sales director, advising my order would despatch within 48 hours and a tracking number would be emailed. There was a london telephone number on the website I took note of it just incase I needed it 02032869493. As I did not receive a tracking number I emailed asking for it, received no reply, I tried calling the number many times but it rings out onto an answering machine, then I tried to search the website again, it was gone, no longer available. 2 days ago (9 days after ordering) I received an email from a different email address this time it was a woman called Elizabeth, she said the boots had been despatched but tracking number won't be available for a further 2 days. Apparently the systems had been down due to bad weather. I replied with some questions but have yet to receive a reply. Since searching this company and even googling the telephone number I have learned many people have been scammed with this company, and have even received the same bad weather email as me but 5 months ago. I dont think I'll receive my boots,
