When I ordered this "whitening system", it clearly indicated that it would only cost $4.99. I received the "system" (a flimsy, plastic tooth mold and a syringe) and knew it was worthless so I wanted to return it but I had no Return Address anywhere AND there was no # to call either. Two weeks later they deduct $88.97 from my account and then again 78.93 two days after that. I called 866-922-5522 (posted next to my bank charges). I called and they said I did not read the "fine print" which she said "were NOT INCLUDED with the product". The lady (who barely spoke English) informed me all they could do was credit me $40. I was outraged and asked to speak to a "supervisor". My called was followed by a "click" ... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. She also mentioned that I should read the "fine print" on teethwhiteningnow.com. Don't know where THAT site came from...
