I have a complain with one of China wholesaler. The website is http://www.wholesale-dress.net.I did a shopping on 31st of march and ordered 22 items. They are claiming that they do the shipments between 3-5 days. But it took 15 days and they sent only 11. I asked them to pay my money back but they said that they can not. They refund it as a credit on their site and forces me to buy new items. In a month I did 9 shoppings... Because although the items shown on their site as available and new arrived when I order they are doing short shipment and saying that it is finished. I do not have to buy the goods that I dont like. But they are not paying my money back.I have never faced such a problem before. If they are selling me a product and after I pay it is finished ; they have to pay my modey back.I paid high shipping costs because of them. As you know shipping costs are higher for small packages. I am ordering 7 items but they are shipping only 2 without my confirmation... Therefore I am paying too many shipping cost. I only want them to cancel the unshipped orders and pay my money back as I bought too many items although I did not like them. As you can appreciate I paid this money for different product but forced to buy others. This is a big issue as they are not reliable and this is not ethical.I want to stop this nightmare as I am doing shopping from this site every day to get my money back.
