We ordered an electric scooter (scratch and dent special) because it said may only have a few scratches and spot of rust - when we got the package and opened it to put scooter together we were in for a shock! The scooter is not just scratched-it is in pieces-the one headlight is busted, the handle bars between headlights cracked-almost in half, there are so many items damaged-there is no way we could even try to put this thing together-it looked like someone dropped the item off a cliff-or dropped it from a plane-to crash down and then ask someone buy the parts. Please send us a scooter that is not so damaged-we were prepared for scratches and maybe a dent-but not the deplorable condition this arrived in-we also paid for the extended 90 day warranty-hopefully this does something for us. By the way-this scooter is a Christmas present so we want this problem resolved as soon as possible-please help and stand by the products you sell.
