X-Copper failed to deliver!

I hired X-Copper to represent me on a speeding ticket. I already had it reduced, had all required documents, and wanted to fight the ticket. I was assured it could be done, at least to less points than the reduced offer. They were to attend my scheduled date only to register as representation and get a trial date. I did not need to attend as this was nothing more than processing information.

Instead they attended and accepted the same plea I already had! I had already refused this deal, that is why I hired them! They haven't supplied the name of the person that represented me or the documents that "strongly proved" my guilt. None of which I have seen.

Pure Scam! They took my money and did nothing. What they say and what they do are two different things.
When questioned, they just repeat, you signed a legal contract. I feel they are hiding behind their enterpretation of the law!
