Im not the first to have my money taken by this fraudulent entity who promises the world and then gives you nothing but a headache and a debit from your account. Ordered a server, never recieved any of the info until I became upset and posted here in a different thread, also to the BBB, and anyone else who would listen including the local authorities in Seattle where this entity claims to be based. No personal contact with anyone except prior to my order the great online assistance they offer, til the get your payment info then its constantly offline. As i said it wasnt til I posted here that i finally recieved the info I was seeking but by this time i was satisfied that i wanted no relationship with this company, sent in cancellation emails requesting a refund immediately and then miraculously I get the emails your server is ready... go figure, right? But not the response i wanted, im still waiting for a credit to my account to conclude my interaction with this co. I should have done a bit more homework before ordering but with the competitive prices they offer, i tried to save a buck, huge mistake, going to gameservers dot com instead. I hope this saves someone else the hassle of dealing with this most unprofessional business(?). Something tells me if you check the address his Mom will tell you to knock on the basement door when you get there, feel me?
